AnalogX Proxy

AnalogX Proxy is an application that allows you to lend your Internet access to other computers in your local area network. The computer that has the program installed acts as a gate, and distributes each data packet to its corresponding machine.

It's a useful application for anyone with a network of computers but no router that allows you to connect various computers to the Internet at the same time.

Running AnalogX Proxy is very easy, just start up the program and configure the rest of your computers and their applications. Protocols supported by this server include the following: HTTP (web), HTTPS (secure web), POP3 (receiving email), SMTP (sending email), NNTP (newsgroups), FTP (file transfer), and more.

Some of the applications that you can run in the computers connected to this network are: Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, AOL Instant Messenger, and MSN Messenger.
